Three major universities in Kyoto - Kyoto Institute of Technology, Kyoto City University of Arts, and Kyoto Arts and Crafts University - collaborates on education and research in art and design through traditional crafts and culture. In celebration, they organize a collective exhibition displaying student creations highlighting the distinctive specialties of each institution, with a primary focus on craftspersonship. The exhibition encompasses ceramics, lacquerware, woodworking, dyeing, and various design pieces employing traditional craft materials and techniques.
