The Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava (BIB) is the world's largest picture book original illustration competition, held every two years in Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic.

This exhibition focuses on Japan and South Korea, two Asian countries that have been remarkably active in the picture book scene. In recent years, Korean works have attracted worldwide attention for their diversity and the possibilities they offer for picture books.

In addition, there will be a special exhibition on the background of the creation of picture books and how they are delivered to readers, as well as panels and picture books by the Grand Prix and other prize-winning authors.
