Chiharu Kihara
Chiharu Kihara's paintings express the inherent vitality of motifs through dynamic strokes and vibrant colors. Among Kihara's artworks are depictions of flora, fauna, insects, and portraits of prominent artists including Da Vinci, Dali, and Francis Bacon, who have influenced Kihara deeply. These elements are all familiar to Kihara from the natural beauty of Yamaguchi, where the artist grew up. In this exhibition, 28 pieces by the artist, including new works, will be on display in three sections of the store.
