Art direction for Shiseido's corporate culture magazine Hanatsubaki, which has continued for over 40 years with its sharp sensitivity to the times and avant-garde design. The logo of the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo and the packaging of Shiseido Parlor, have a strong vitality that attracts people's eyes. His experimental and playful expressions at exhibitions. Masayoshi Nakajo's designs always offer fresh surprises and riddles to solve. Nakajo, who continued to challenge himself toward new expressions by questioning and destroying the beauty of perfection, remained an active designer throughout his 88 years of life.

This exhibition introduces a number of Nakajo's designs at two venues. The Hachinohe Book Center will exhibit book and editorial works, while the Hachinohe City Museum of Art will display selected posters, logos, and packaging.
