In 2021, a joint exhibition by Daido Moriyama and Shomei Tomatsu titled "Moriyama – Tomatsu: Tokyo" was held at the MEP (European House of Photography) in Paris. The following year, the exhibition was presented with a different arrangement and title at MAXXI (National Museum of 21st Century Art) in Rome, titled "Tokyo Revisited. Daido Moriyama with Shomei Tomatsu," and it toured to other locations. In this exhibition, selected works from Daido Moriyama, which have not been widely exhibited in Japan, will be showcased.
