Ota Memorial Museum of Art
Finished

Artists

Kiyochika Kobayashiki, Yasuji Inoue, Ryuson Ogura
Kiyochika Kobayashi's ray paintings, which skillfully captured the shifting light and shadows, became very popular, inspiring painters such as Yasuji Inoue and Ryuson Ogura. Despite its short popularity, ray painting provided new possibilities for woodblock prints.
This exhibition features approximately 200 works by Kobayashiki, Inoue, and Ogura, whose works have rarely been exhibited. Let yourself be enchanted by the colors of darkness and light.

Part 1: November 1 - November 23
Part 2: November 26 - December 18
*The works exhibited will be changed between the first and second periods.
