The artists of the Artistic Team LAAVU, photographer Naoko Chiba (Japan), sculptor-photographer Antti Ylönen (Finland), and researcher-writer-curator Kaisa Kerätär (Finland), have backgrounds of living and working in rural areas, and they want to listen to the voices of land from their perspective. This exhibition shares the silent stories of the land, which connect the place, the environment, and the physical and spiritual life of local people amid changes due to modernization.
