In Echigo-Tsumari, fields are cultivated from spring to autumn, and in winter, a unique way of life is born from the heavy snowfall. Every year, including 2023, the public can enjoy contemporary artwork installations outside the Triennial year of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale.
