This exhibit presents approximately 80 selected works from the genres of bijinga (portraits of beautiful women), kachoga (flower and bird paintings), and fukeiga (landscape paintings), introducing the beauty of Japan that the world has admired. The exhibition will feature works by artists influenced by Japanese art such as Mucha, Van Gogh, and Émile Gallé, as well as masterpieces by Japanese artists who have depicted the extreme beauty of Japanese women, such as Shoen Uemura, Kiyokata Kaburaki, Shinsui Ito, Saburosuke Okada, Tsuguharu Fujita, and Ryusei Kishida, who have blended the beauty of both East and West in their depictions. Additionally, works capturing the scenic landscapes of Japan from various regions by artists such as Ryuzaburo Umehara and Heizaburo Kanayama will also be exhibited. It is an exhibition that presents the multifaceted charm of Japan.

Access1 hour by taxi from JR Hiroshima Station; From Hatsukaichi Station on the JR Sanyo Main line, take the Hiroden bus for 40 minutes and get off at Saiki Bunka Center. Then from the Saiki Bunka Center, take the Yoshiwa Sakura bus for 50 minutes and get off at Kubere Yoshiwa. The venue is 1 minute walk from there.
