FaN Week 2023 will be held under the theme "Color the City with Art. Various exhibitions will be held at the "Artist Cafe Fukuoka," a facility that serves as a base for artists to grow and interact with each other, as well as at the Fukuoka Castle Historic Site in the surrounding area.

In Maizuru Park San-no-maru Square, where the Fukuoka Castle Historic Site is located, the "Tanker Project," an energetic furnace by Takashi Kuribayashi + Cinema Caravan, will be open to the public, and a video work "Play with the Earth," created by Rai Shizuno, representative of Cinema Caravan, will weave together records from their travels around the world, along with a live performance by the Play with the Earth Orchestra.

"Artist Cafe Fukuoka," a former junior high school, will use the gymnasium to exhibit a large-scale work by Jin Choi and Thomas Shine (Choi + Shine Architects), invited artists-in-residence at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum.
