Numerous art spaces line Gaien-Nishi Dori (Nishiazabu and Jingumae), with their numbers steadily increasing. During the first Gaien-nishi Art Weekend, these venues will join forces, hosting simultaneous opening receptions for new exhibitions and extending their operating hours. This initiative enables visitors to explore multiple art spaces in a single visit, fostering discovery of new artists and venues through circulation. The goal is to prompt exploration of new art spaces and talent while cultivating opportunities for Tokyo art scene to flourish through horizontal collaboration between regions and art spaces.
