In this exhibition, Chika Osaka uses advanced printmaking techniques but does not stick to them, to create work in print, watercolor, and oil, depicting comical and relatable characters and showing their motifs in text installations. Yosuke Kobashi creates work that symbolizes the society and times around him in rich colors using a variety of materials including oil and pastel. And Katsumi Hayakawa uses original drawing paper printed with letters, lines, and programming language to create work that evokes virtual spaces by utilizing urban spaces and reflections of mirrors.
