Hikaru Yamashita
Hikaru Yamashita, known for his low-key approach of "cheap, fast, and low-quality" for surviving without dying, continues to spread his unique philosophy. He founded the remake fashion brand "Quit Halfway" and is also known for his diverse activities, including internet radio and the unit "New Antiques" with a photographer and editor.

This exhibition will showcase new works from "Quit Halfway," which celebrates its 20th anniversary. Also presented are various ongoing "fun ways to make money," which have evolved from his book "Quit Your Part-Time Job School." These include personal publishing, word-of-mouth, sourcing from flea markets, and paintings inspired by wild wasabi. Additionally, Yamashita's workspace will be part of the venue, and impromptu events, including a sales event, are planned.

This exhibition will fully reveal Yamashita's spontaneous ideas, experiments, and practices, attracting enthusiastic fans. It will be an enjoyable showcase of know-how for earning a living, exploring ways to break through the current "how do I deal with this" situation surrounding daily life.
