The "International Conference on Open Access to Culture " was first held in 2022 as part of Creative Well-being Tokyo.* The theme for this second conference is "Culture and Home." In today's increasingly diverse and complex society, everyone is seeking a place where they feel at home (place to belong). This conference presents how culture can offer spaces where everyone feels safe and secure place as a form of well-being, while exploring a new future opened by art.
* Creative Well-being Tokyo is a project aimed at addressing social issues in Tokyo, such as aging and inclusivity, by improving accessibility and expanding opportunities for viewing, creating, and presenting art, focusing on seniors, people with disabilities, individuals with overseas roots, and children.
