We now live in an age where we are surrounded by “photographs. We live in an age when we can easily take pictures with our smartphone cameras and instantly share them on social networking sites. At the same time, however, the definition of “photography” is becoming increasingly ambiguous, isn't it? f∞ studio is a community that explores the meaning and value of photography in the future from the periphery of the conventional concept of “photography. We believe in the possibilities of “photography” and continue to search for the meaning of photography and viewing in the future. In our workshops, we go out to do fieldwork with participants and ask “Is this a photograph too? We will collect objects that we feel are “also photographs” by means of photographs or non-photographic methods. Through group dialogues, we will consider “What is the meaning of photography in the future? Through workshops and dialogues, we will consider “What is the future of photography? Through the workshop and dialogues, diverse viewpoints will be exchanged, stimulating new ways of perceiving “photography,” and revealing previously unnoticed possibilities of “photography. We believe that the accumulation of such discoveries will open up a richer future for “photography. Why don't you join f∞ studio on an adventure that will overturn the conventional wisdom of “photography”? We look forward to your participation!
