In the year 2016, the cover of Sunday Mainichi was adorned with a portrait of "Ultraman". Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the "Ultraman Series", it featured on the cover of Sunday Mainichi as the first special effects short story collection, spotlighting 'Ultraman'. As part of a series, 'Ultraseven' was also featured on the cover of Weekly Asahi and became a representative series by the kaiju artist Yuji Kaida.
At his original art exhibition "Ultramans Gallery", a unique section was added featuring portraits of successive heroes and monsters newly painted, creating the "Corridor of Ultraman". This exhibition celebrates "Ultraman Day" on July 10th, showcasing a collection centered around portraits of heroes and monsters, totaling 22 pieces.
