Katsunori Kobayashi
In last year's exhibition, "Still Life Study: Mountain Specimens - Records of a Journey - Sculpture and Photography Interchange," the focus was on Katsunori Kobayashi's life work, highlighting his sculptures and photographs, and exploring the axis of his expression through the differences between these two media.

This upcoming exhibition centers on the "Mountain Specimens" series of bronze sculptures, which were featured in the previous show. It will also showcase etchings on copper plates that Kobayashi has recently begun working on, displayed within the space of Purple. While this exhibition continues to present works in different media, both the bronze sculptures and copper etchings share the common material of copper, offering a new perspective on Kobayashi's work that differs from the previous show. This exhibition invites viewers to explore the depth of Katsunori Kobayashi as he expands his expression across various media while deepening his exploration of landscapes.
