Artists

Kazukiyo Kurosu
Paper sculpture, or paper craft, is recognized as a field of art in Europe and the United States. In artist Kazukiyo Kurosu's “paper sculpture craft," a single sheet of paper is cut out with a cutter knife, and something is assembled on it without detaching or adding anything.

The mysterious world is created by the combination of the shapes rising from a flat sheet of paper and the left-over parts cut out of the paper. Pretty flowers and plants, cute animals, castles and churches, heroes and monsters from old-fashioned special effects shows.
