Kentaro Okawara
Based in Tokyo and Seoul, artist Kentaro Okawara works in a variety of mediums, including painting, sculpture, books, streetwear collections, and collaborations. Okawara's work pursues his long-held belief that "making art is an expression of love and a means of connecting with one another." Tang Deng is presenting a solo exhibition to celebrate the publication of "Warashibe Choja," the tenth and final volume of “Poo Poo Books," a series of Japanese folktale picture books by Okawara that Tang Deng has been working on. A set of 10 books in a hard box containing all the books in the “Poo Poo Books" series will also be on sale.
