Masaaki Suzuki
Masaaki Suzuki is a painter who depicts light and observes everyday life.

Suzuki has been painting works in pursuit of light, using streetlights and neon lights as motifs. Familiar night scenes seem somehow nostalgic, evoking special memories and experiences in the viewer.

In recent years, he has taken a new look at light as a concept and the environment surrounding light. Nightscapes induce feelings of beauty, sentimentality, and nostalgia, but beyond the light there exists a realistic society. Motifs such as cats, birds, and plants are a reflection of the artist's own point of view.

This exhibition will feature six new works from Suzuki's well-known "Night View" series. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy Masaaki Suzuki's works.
