Masaya Yoshioka
The second installment of a series exhibition by the painter Masaya Yoshioka, who has been depicting a painting world akin to an omnibus novel without conclusion for many years, featuring his latest work along with past works.

The 20 pieces exhibited in this show include three new works in sizes F50 and 60, as well as the renowned piece "Floor Master," exhibited at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building solo exhibition in 2009, which will be displayed for the first time in 15 years, offering a glimpse into the artist's creative history.

With a universal theme of "adolescence" permeating throughout the entire collection, viewers may find some form of personal experience or connection within the artworks, which may consequently evoke a slight sense of unease or stimulation.

Additionally, the publication of Masaya Yoshioka's art book "Adolescence '23 Autumn" is planned for this exhibition. The art book "Adolescence '23 Autumn" compiles the contents of last year's solo exhibition, weaving together post-event perspectives and fresh interpretations while focusing on the theme of restaging solo exhibitions through different media. This book marks the second art book following "Adolescence '23 Summer," and both will be available for purchase at the exhibition venue.
