From October 13, 2023, to the spring of 2024, Shutl is hosting a series of exhibition projects called "Metabolism of Tradition" that align with the concept of "Authenticity of the Future." The series is divided into three parts. The first part explores the evolution of "words" and "letters" as fundamental components of communication and archiving. It questions how these elements, crucial for human connection and daily life, will change in the future. The exhibition aims to envision the renewal of tradition by examining the current state of "words" and "letters" and the potential emergence of new means of communication that embody the future's authenticity. Notable artists and creators from various fields, including poetry, contemporary art, and design, are participating in this exhibition.
