Revenant is a solo exhibition by Mika Kitamura as part of the Kanzan Curatorial Exchange "Survival" Vol. 2, an exhibition series that considers survival as a life open to the outside world. Exactly ten years after Kitamura's first photo book Einmal ist Keinmal, 2013, this exhibition takes place. And, in collaboration with a curator, it looks back on the last ten years and explores what Kitamura has attempted to convey. Revenant signifiying both "ghost" and "returning," reinterprets photographs of various times and places are presents them alongside previously unpublished works.
