This exhibition presents an omnibus format featuring the documentary film "Watashi Kame Anata," directed by Miki Okazaki, which follows the Sugawara couple residing in Akita City from June 2022 to December 2023. The exhibition unfolds through short films titled "View," "Wound," and "Name."

Mutsumi Sugawara, the husband, lived in a wheelchair due to a cervical spine injury from a birth accident and passed away in February 2021. The exhibition explores the regrets and experiences of his wife Nozomi triggered by his death, as well as her relationship with a tortoise named "Inku" that arrived after his passing. Delving into themes of life and death, physical and psychological care, and honoring Mutsumi's thoughts and personality, the exhibition follows his life akin to a funeral for the deceased and the prayers of those left behind.

*During the exhibition period, a talk event is scheduled. Details will be announced on the website and social media once confirmed.
