Minami Nakayashiki
A performance and installation created by Minami Nakayashiki. The installation exhibition presents a dance-installation work that brings invisible connections to life through video. In the performance program, two short pieces, including new works, will be performed separately during the daytime and evening sessions.
In previous projects, making use of video technology, she has explored and presented themes of touch and communication, including ‘non-contact work,' which involves no physical touch. This time, in collaboration with Shungsuke Nakase (video), Hiroki Tsunoda (music), and dancers, she is elevating the emotions and sensations that arise from interactions with others into the work.
