Moon Art Night Shimokitazawa 2023 will be held under the theme of the moon, with five artists' works decorating the city. The festival will also feature an original NFT stamp rally featuring the cityscape of Shimokitazawa and the popular avatar "Mettani," as well as a limited menu prepared by store owners and special events. 50 events will be held to enliven the city with art.
