In 2022, the National Art Center, Tokyo, launched a new project called NACT View, utilizing the museum's public spaces. Designed by Kisho Kurokawa, the architecture is intricately detailed. This public area, serving as a relaxation and transit spot, welcomes young and mid-career artists, designers, architects, and filmmakers to showcase a diverse array of contemporary expressions. The third installment of this series will feature the work of contemporary artist Atsushi Watanabe, born in 1978, who explores and practices social inclusion through various art projects in response to the societal issues of loneliness and isolation.
