Artists

Nissho Kanda
Nissho Kanda (1937-1970) was a young painter who lived in Tokachi. The exhibition will introduce his representative works, focusing on his "unfinished" works and his youthful career.

Starting with a group of works from his younger days, when he made his debut as a painter at the age of 18, this exhibition will showcase work from his 20s, when he established a foothold as a painter, an unfinished landscape that he is believed to have worked on until his death from illness at the age of 32, and his representative work "Horse (unfinished)."
