Pyonnurila
Manga artist and illustrator Pyonnurira engages in creative activities through manga, including showcasing works on social media and web platforms, as well as publishing a zine summarizing the history and research on the Japanese plant "Shuro." In recent years, as a new means of expression, Pyonnurira has been posting daily two-panel manga, simplified with an improvisational diary-like perspective, on social media.
For this exhibition, Pyonnurira will explore the harbor town and work on creating new two-panel manga. Additionally, interactive programs based on the exhibited works are planned during the exhibition period.
