Since 2021, Bunkyonomori Nagai has been hosting an exhibition project titled "Artistic Exchange Across Eras," which aims to revisit and create new value in the artistic culture of Nagai through collaborations between local deceased artists and contemporary artists. This year, the exhibition will feature a two-person show centered on black-and-white printmaking, showcasing the work of Ryuchi Kikuchi, a woodblock print artist representing Nagai, and Hiroyuki Omori, an etching artist based in Higashine City.

The exhibition not only offers an opportunity to experience the breadth, depth, and allure of printmaking but also aims to shed new light on the works of beloved local artists, allowing for a fresh perspective and rediscovery of their charm.
