This exhibition will feature six new works from Satoshi Hori’s solo exhibition “Magic Time Sweet Home” held at Bambinart Gallery from May 17 (Friday) to June 8 (Saturday), 2024, as well as three works from the group show “Seitama no Chi” held at art gallery Opaltimes in Osaka in 2022. Four works from the solo exhibition “Start, Stop, Memory” held at Higure 17-15 cas in 2023, all of which have never been shown at Bambinart Gallery, will be added.
Hori was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan in 1996, and graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts in 2021 with a BFA in Oil Painting, and from the Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Painting in 2023. Hori has also participated in the “CAF Award 2020” and “Art Award Tokyo Marunouchi 2023” (winner of the Reiichi Noguchi Prize).
