Glamping is a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping. Glamping started to rise its popularity around 2015 among women on Instagram, within recent years it has grown its audience and has been enjoyed as a group outdoor activity with families of three generations and groups of friends.

Luxurious services such as setups of artificial pieces of equipment in glamping seem to bring in a new value that camping did not have before.

In this show, we are rethinking the cultural meaning of glamping based on an essay by Susan Sontag "Notes on 'Camp'" (1964). A Zine on this topic about Camping and Glamping will be created and there will be a showcasing/selling the zine at the gallery.
