Sizzle Ohtaka, Seizo Tashima
Sizzle Ohtaka, a voice artist who has created a unique non-genre musical world by freely manipulating her voice, has developed numerous performances even before the launch of the Hachi & Seizo Toshima Museum of Picture Book Art in 2009.
Ohtaka has also taken on the role of publicity manager for the museum and has contributed to the development of various art festivals, including the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, the North Alps International Art Festival, and the Ichihara Lakeside Art Museum, by involving Hachi village and many other people. This exhibition will display the works created by artist Seizo Tajima as well as the history of Sizzle Ohtaka's career.
