Special Spring Opening of 'Hinamatsuri at Eieitou' in the 6th Year of Reiwa

Eieitou is a traditional wooden house built in 1926 and renovated by Yamamoto Kogyo Co., Ltd., known for designing and constructing tea houses, shrines, and temples. Various Hina dolls ranging from the Edo period to modern times, such as Kyoho Hina, Jurozaemon Hina, Yushoku Hina, and Kokon Hina, will be displayed in the tatami room to welcome visitors with the arrival of spring. In addition, finely crafted Hina decorations, charming Ichimatsu dolls, and Western dolls will also be exhibited.

Furthermore, a demonstration and sale event by young artisans representing the next generation of Kyoto's traditional industries, the Kyoto Traditional Industry Wakaba-kai, will be held (on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from March 1st to 10th).
