To commemorate the release of the photo book by Beijing-born photographer Sun Yibing, Somsoc Gallery will be hosting his solo exhibition, "Saga in the Park." This will be the first solo exhibition of Sun Yibing's work in Japan.
Chinese parks, which are quite different from Japanese parks, take center stage in this exhibition. The main characters are the energetic, passionate, optimistic, and somewhat chaotic uncles (shushu) and aunts (ayi). The exhibition captures their lively everyday moments through the lens, showcasing a collection of "miraculous shots."
