This Popup and exhibition commemorates the release of Japanese artist Taichi Nakamura's watercolor art collection, "Maniac River." Nakamura is a painter based in Japan. This book features approximately 160 watercolor paintings selected from his vast body of work, depicting dream-like yet realistic urban and suburban landscapes, as well as the people, animals, and spirits that inhabit them, all rendered in his unique style. It is the first comprehensive collection of his work, accompanied by original essays. This publication offers a comprehensive look at Nakamura's ongoing exploration of watercolor painting.
