Takahiro Ikeda
Takahiro Ikeda, a printmaking graduate from Osaka University of Arts, centers recent work around food and everyday life. Food serves as pigments for silkscreen prints, creating pieces meant to be enjoyed through tasting. Inspired by the "mountains" of childhood, recent hikes in the Northern Alps enhanced sensory experiences. This exhibition showcases mountain-inspired artworks, including acrylic paintings and prints. An artist talk will feature a tasting of Ikeda's spice curry, complementing the creations on display.
