The Eyes of the Skin is an exhibition by Kanako Kitabayashi, Tomomi Hanzawa, and Anna Yamanishi. This exhibition draws inspiration from the expression "seeing with the skin," found in the text The Eyes of the Skin: Architecture and the Senses by the Finnish architect and phenomenologist Juhani Pallasmaa.

Kitabayashi's sculptures and installations emphasize tactile sensations and provoke memories of daily life by combining various materials. Hanzawa crafts unique sculptures from layered paper, imbuing them with the passage of time and personal experiences. Yamanishi, working with wood, captures the subtleties of everyday objects, translating them into beautiful textures that evoke the sensation of touching the body's surface.
