Born and raised in Paris, Japanese-French artist Victor Takeru is inspired by the multicultural daily life and the vivid world of comics and music that surrounds him.
Born in 1998, Takeru first moved to Tokyo at the age of 21, and since then has incorporated Japanese culture into his own work, creating a unique fusion of French and Japanese culture. His use of colorful, vivid colors and simple compositions creates a pop, vibrant, and energetic atmosphere. He depicts vivid, everyday moments, and "memories" play an important role in his work.
