At this event, visitors can enjoy artworks exhibited in Shinkiba and Yumenoshima as they stroll through the city.

Shinkiba and Yumenoshima are two neighborhoods located in Koto-ku, facing Tokyo Bay. Shinkiba was founded as a lumber yard and has flourished as the center of Japan's lumber industry. Yumenoshima was transformed from a landfill for garbage into a place of recreation and relaxation for Tokyo residents. This will be the first major art event in these two unique places. During the one month, visitors will be able to view artworks at a total of eight indoor and outdoor venues: five in the Yumenoshima area (Yumenoshima Tropical Botanical Garden, Yumenoshima Park, Tokyo Yumenoshima Marina, Koto-ku Yumenoshima Stadium, and Shinkoto Garbage Disposal Plant) and three in the Shin-Kiba area (Wood & Plywood Museum, Tokyo Lumber Wholesalers Association Wood Hall, and Soko Station 146). The theme is "Circulation."
