Karimoku Furniture will sponsor and support the production of "Walking Sticks & Canes," an exhibition to be held in Triennale Milano during Milano Design Week 2024.

This exhibition of walking sticks is organized and curated by Milan-based designer Keiji Takeuchi, and features a total of 18 designers. In today's rapidly aging society, the image of the cane as something for the elderly is becoming stronger than ever. In this exhibition, 18 designers from all over the world designed a cane based on their own ideas, with the aim of introducing the various meanings and ideas of the cane as a tool in our lives today. In addition to sponsoring the exhibition, Karimoku Furniture produced six wooden canes, including those designed by Takeuchi and Anker Bak.
