This is the second exhibition of our summer series “Welcome! Summer Art Museum,” which started last year. This time, it is focused on the ghost, an intriguing and mysterious feature that has appeared in various forms in different genres of art, from ancient to modern times across the globe, including but not limited to children’s books, stories, animation, and rakugo (the traditional art of storytelling in Japan). With our creative collaborators who number up to 20, we invite visitors to fully explore the world of ghosts through multiple attractions, such as “haunted house of ghosts,” “ghostly hot spring,” and “ghostly factory.”
