What Kind of Memories Does Art Contain? 1945-2025

Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art
Finished
This year, 2025, marks the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II. From that time until the present day, art has developed in tandem with rapid social changes while being imbued with memories of ideas and events from each era. In this exhibition, we dredge up some of these memories and explore trends in art and society over the past 80 years.
