Words of Our Times. 120 Masterpieces of Newspaper Advertising Created by Copywriters.

This is an advertising exhibition by accomplished art director Takayuki Soeda focusing on copywriters. A total of 120 works by six copywriters will be exhibited in the first half of the exhibition (scheduled from the opening to October 22) and the second half (scheduled from October 24 to the closing), with 60 works by three copywriters each. Soeda, who planned the exhibition, says, "Even with the diversification of media, newspaper advertisements, which consist of one condensed piece of copy and design, can be said to be the essence of creativity.”

During the exhibition, copywriter Hiroshi Ichikura and copywriter Tomomi Maeda will be invited to talk with Soeda on September 16 (Sat) and November 11 (Sat), respectively. Advance registration is required for both events.

First Semester: August 26 (Sat) - October 22 (Sun): Takashi Ando, Hiroshi Ichikura, Shunichi Iwasaki
Second term: October 24 (Tue) - December 24 (Sun): Reiko Kojima, Tomomi Maeda, Jun Maki
