Yoko Kida
Solo exhibition by Yoko Kida, a ceramic artist who typically uses characters reflecting negative life events. However, in this exhibit, Kida approaches word selection with a lighter, more uplifting perspective. While Kida's previous pieces were exclusively in Japanese characters, the main works in this exhibition challenge with the inclusion of the alphabet. Despite the abstract appearance of the ceramic sculptures, they carry a unique connection to the original characters, showcasing originality in visual language.
