Imamura's research delves into themes of ambiguity, in-betweenness, and containment in today's world, reflected in abstract artworks. This exhibition will showcase paintings and sculptures probing the gap between individual identity and societal pressures in the era of information overload, exploring ways to reclaim one's core self amid a sea of ambiguous information. Two venues in the Daitabashi area, Gallery Full⇔Empty and Gallery Den 5, will provoke the viewer's understanding of self.
