Yukari Bunya, Kaori Matsumura
Yukari Bunya's work is expressed through line drawings with minimal color. Her paintings, which are sometimes composed of thin, delicate lines and sometimes thicker, bolder lines, are created in an impromptu manner without much planning. On the other hand, Kaori Matsumura creates colorful prints mainly by woodblock printing based on line drafts. Printmaking is a technique that requires planning, but the warm colors and shapes create a free atmosphere.
Despite their contrasting works, the two artists share a common thread: they both begin with a line based on the breath of life.

- Yukari Bunya "Invisible Drawing"
