Leica Camera Japan presents the photography exhibition "Japanism" by Yuto Yamada, a photographer and visual creator based in Berlin. The exhibition will be held at Leica Gallery Tokyo and Leica Gallery Kyoto.
Yuto Yamada, who initially studied graphic design and worked at an advertising agency before relocating to New York, has a diverse background. Upon returning to Japan, Yamada pursued a career as a freelance designer, specializing in color tones and photographic expressions. Over a period of five years living abroad, Yamada captured various locations to convey the beauty of Japan, which Yamada rediscovered through experiences overseas.
