Zosen Bandido
Born in Argentina and later relocating to Barcelona, Zosen Bandido spent his early years deeply influenced by the punk and hip-hop scenes. During this time, there was no internet, and various information was exchanged through the streets, with many being created by teenagers and young adults in the form of paper flyers. Influenced by the typographies and visuals created by these nameless artists with remarkable originality, he became immersed in street culture. He also has a zine that collects flyers from that era.

Furthermore, as his statement for this exhibition mentions, most of these original works are no longer in his possession. Over time, they have been reproduced as giclee prints, allowing a rare opportunity to view his history in vivid color.

The works in this exhibition are imbued with his personal story, feelings, and reflections. They include pieces inspired by his upbringing and South American roots, works with political backgrounds, and pieces created during the COVID-19 lockdown when he couldn't leave home. These works brought to life through his vibrant colors and cheerful characters, convey a sense of delight and sensitivity to viewers.

On November 11th (Saturday) during the exhibition, there is a party planned featuring DJ performances by Hamadaraka and Lightning Issay & Loudy Dan.
