Can I change my payment method?
The payment method you choose to register cannot be modified. Your credit card information can be updated as necessary.
If I subscribe to the Web plan, can I log in to the app?
The same account can be used to log in to the web and app if you have a valid subscription on either the Web plan or App plan.
Will I receive a notification before my subscription renews?
You will receive an email notification before the renewal.
For Web plan subscribers, a reminder will be sent to the email registered to your Tokyo Art Beat account three days before the renewal date.
For App plan subscribers, a notification should be sent to the email associated with your Apple ID or Google account approximately one month before the renewal date.
