Is it okay to share my account?
No, we ask that each person use their own account. Sharing a single account among family members or groups is against the terms of service, and there may be restrictions on usage in such cases.
Will ads be hidden if I become a member?
On the smartphone version, some display ads (also known as banner ads) will be hidden. However, many of the display ads are exhibition announcements from museums and galleries, which are considered valuable information for art fans. Therefore, only some ads will be hidden.
How often is the information updated?
Exhibition information is updated with new details every week. Similarly, news and articles are also updated weekly. If you'd like to receive timely updates, you can turn on notifications in "My List > Email notification settings," and you'll receive the latest information by email every week.
How can I get started?
Please go to the new registration page and follow the on-screen instructions to set your email address and password. Once completed, you can begin using the service. Please note that registration requires a credit card or payment via Google Pay or Apple Pay. If you do not have any of these payment methods, you will not be able to use the service.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes, first-time users can try the service for free for one month. There are no feature restrictions during the trial period. Feel free to explore and, if you're satisfied, we encourage you to continue using the service. Please note that if you have used the service in the past, the trial will not apply, and the subscription will start immediately.
Will I receive a notification before the renewal?
Yes, you will receive a notification by email before the renewal date. If you made payment via the web, you will be notified 3 days before the renewal date at the email address used as your login ID. If you made payment via the app, you will receive a notification approximately one month before the renewal date at the email address associated with your Apple ID or Google account used for payment.
What payment methods are available?
For web payments, you can pay using a credit card. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
